Position Title: Evaluator CCBHC
Role Summary:
The Center for Alternative is seeking a dedicated part-time evaluator (17.5 hours per week) to lead and oversee the evaluation efforts for a newly secured grant from the U.S. Substance Use and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). This initiative aims to establish the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) at the Nathaniel Clinic in Central Harlem.
The CCBHC is designed to deliver a comprehensive suite of mental health, substance use, and care coordination services, specifically tailored to assist individuals engaged with the criminal legal system (CLS) in navigating their behavioral health care, physical health care, social services, and other relevant systems.
The evaluator will be responsible for:
- Coordinating the collection and reporting of performance metrics.
- Managing clinic-level quality measures as mandated by the CCBHC Certification Criteria.
- Preparing annual progress performance reports for SAMHSA.
- Participating in the National Evaluation of the program, as organized by SAMHSA.
This position is crucial for bridging the gap between research and practice, ensuring the success of the CCBHC initiative. The evaluator will play a significant role in monitoring implementation and managing the evaluation strategy to effectively define and measure program success.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess robust skills in program evaluation, analytics, and project management.
Work Environment: This is a remote position, with occasional in-person responsibilities at the Nathaniel Clinic in Central Harlem.
Compensation: The annual salary for the Evaluator CCBHC role is $50,000.
Work Schedule: This position is part-time.
