Front Office Supervisor

The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment. This role requires a strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure 100% guest satisfaction by providing a seamless arrival and departure experience
- Oversee PBX and Front Office Operations, ensuring efficient and effective communication
- Process guest registrations, transactions, and requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Work closely with other departments to arrange for services and amenities requested by guests
- Stay current with hotel developments and updates, maintaining a high level of knowledge and expertise
- Prepare end-of-shift summaries and communications for management and other shifts
- Encourage up-selling and promote hotel amenities, services, and loyalty program
- Supervise Front Office Operations and employees, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching as needed
