Job Summary:

The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment. This role requires a strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure 100% guest satisfaction by providing a seamless arrival and departure experience
  • Oversee PBX and Front Office Operations, ensuring efficient and effective communication
  • Process guest registrations, transactions, and requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Work closely with other departments to arrange for services and amenities requested by guests
  • Stay current with hotel developments and updates, maintaining a high level of knowledge and expertise
  • Prepare end-of-shift summaries and communications for management and other shifts
  • Encourage up-selling and promote hotel amenities, services, and loyalty program
  • Supervise Front Office Operations and employees, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching as needed
