Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Office Representative to join our team at HealthPoint (Washington). As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing front office operations, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, providers, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Service: Greet patients, check-in patients, collect patient fees, and provide patients with receipts for office visits and medication refills.
  • Scheduling: Schedule patient appointments, confirm appointments, arrange for interpreters, and answer and screen backline telephone calls.
  • Front Office Operations: Maintain accurate patient records, manage patient charts, and ensure compliance with HealthPoint procedures.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; customer service or medical front office experience preferred.
  • Skills: Beginning level of Word, Excel, and Outlook required; bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese preferred.
