Key Responsibilities- Lead by example and demonstrate exceptional guest service standards to front office staff.
- Develop and implement creative service programs to increase guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular inspections of front desk operations to maintain high standards and ensure compliance with CSM policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business revenue goals and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to front office staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure all required training for department employees is completed and training records are maintained.
- Monitor and analyze quality issues, identify training needs, and suggest changes to improve results.
- Utilize available resources and adhere to CSM training policies to promote a positive and professional work environment.
- 2+ years of prior guest service experience, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Basic computer knowledge and excellent verbal skills.
- Attention to detail, customer-focused, and ability to perform job duties in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or college degree preferred.
