Job Summary

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless hotel experience. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Front Desk Manager in overseeing the front desk operations and ensuring that all guests are checked in and out efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide exceptional guest service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
  • Monitor and control the front desk budget and ensure that all expenses are within budget.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure that they are providing excellent guest service and meeting the hotel's standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that guests receive a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
