About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team and contribute to our success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Architect of record, including composing and producing business correspondences, reviewing and signing materials, editing documents, and maintaining confidentiality.

A strong understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the Architect of record
  • Composing and producing business correspondences
  • Reviewing and signing materials, as authorized
  • Editing documents produced by others
  • Maintaining confidentiality and controlling access to sensitive information
  • Responding to inquiries and requests for information requiring knowledge of departmental and company policies and procedures
  • Serving as an internal resource to administrators or staff on departmental and company procedures
  • Performing administrative duties associated with scheduling and coordinating meetings and planning events
  • Arranging with vendors for services, preparing agendas, gathering and organizing supporting information, and overseeing production and distribution of related materials
  • Overseeing office operations
  • Scheduling, assigning, and prioritizing workload by setting appropriate deadlines

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree
  • 1-2 years of related experience

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
