- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in relationship management of Deposits-based clients/portfolio in a financial services company.
- Minimum 4 years of product sales and new business development in a financial services company.
- Consultative selling expertise for common Commercial Banking products and services.
- History of delivering exemplary client service and successful multitasking in a high-volume environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously or in teams as situationally required.
- Proficiency with technology platforms, including Salesforce, Business Suite, Seismic, and Tableau.
Starting base salary: $101,231 - $172,355 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
