About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at City National Bank. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business development plan to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and risk management
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' financial needs and provide tailored solutions
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in a financial institution
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, particularly those catering to personal and business clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide sound advice
What We Offer

At City National Bank, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting base salary of $78,970 - $126,140 per year, plus bonus and/or commissions. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
