About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to drive revenue retention and growth through proactive account management and strategic renewal planning. As a Senior Relationship Manager, you'll be responsible for nurturing existing customer relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and developing tailored renewal strategies to ensure timely closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive renewal plans to drive revenue growth and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and pain points
  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities through consultative discovery conversations and collaboration with sales teams
  • Monitor account health, document renewal details, and develop resolution strategies for high-risk accounts
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal business groups to ensure seamless transactions
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, version updates, and pricing to effectively negotiate renewals
  • Drive stakeholder engagement in local events, workshops, and user groups to foster customer advocacy
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, with a focus on software sales
  • Proven ability to navigate objections and challenges to achieve win-win outcomes
  • Experience in transactional sales, with a high velocity sales environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Action-oriented mentality, with a passion for driving results
What We Offer

Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors, including relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location. The salary range for this role in the United States is $120,000-$150,000, with additional compensation and benefits available.
