Senior Relationship Manager Job Description

At HSBC, we're committed to helping our customers achieve their financial goals. As a Senior Relationship Manager, you'll play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with our Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients in the Southern Cone region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire and grow profitable relationships with UHNW clients.
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Manage risk and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking sector.
  • Proven track record of asset gathering, asset growth, and revenue generation.
  • Excellent commercial and negotiation skills, with a strong customer service focus.
  • Highly developed communication skills for direct client contact and problem-solving.
  • Excellent understanding of financial markets and products.
  • Ability to provide strong financial and statistical analysis.
  • Series 7 and 66 licenses, with the ability to obtain Series 7 and 66 licenses if not already held.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
