We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, PA and the surrounding area.

Job Summary:

  • This is a full-time position that includes a competitive $65,000 - $80,000 annual salary, incentives, and our comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Built and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing customers, understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive repeat business through regular sales calls and visits.
  2. Prospecting and Growth: Proactively identify opportunities for expanding the customer base and increasing market share.
  3. Sales Targets: Achieve annual sales targets, focusing on revenue and gross margin growth.
  4. Customer Support: Assist customers in person or over the phone, prepare detailed quotations, and confirm orders accurately and on time.
  5. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and market development through continuous learning and training programs.

Requirements for Success:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial sales, preferably in the plumbing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and follow up effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and electronic tools.
