Strategic Commercial Sales Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, PA and the surrounding area.
Job Summary:
- This is a full-time position that includes a competitive $65,000 - $80,000 annual salary, incentives, and our comprehensive benefits package.

APR Supply Co. is a premier distributor of plumbing, HVAC, and hydronic supplies with 42 locations throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Our team of over 475 strong is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Built and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing customers, understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive repeat business through regular sales calls and visits.
- Prospecting and Growth: Proactively identify opportunities for expanding the customer base and increasing market share.
- Sales Targets: Achieve annual sales targets, focusing on revenue and gross margin growth.
- Customer Support: Assist customers in person or over the phone, prepare detailed quotations, and confirm orders accurately and on time.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and market development through continuous learning and training programs.
Requirements for Success:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial sales, preferably in the plumbing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and follow up effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and electronic tools.
