About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at Justrite Safety Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the development and growth of our industrial safety solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Line Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product line strategy to drive profitable growth, increase market share, and expand our customer base.
  • New Product Development: Lead the development of new products and product enhancements, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful commercialization.
  • Margin Expansion: Develop and implement pricing strategies to drive margin expansion, while maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
  • Product Value Proposition: Define and communicate the value proposition of our products to customers, ensuring they meet their needs and expectations.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to promote our products and services, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
  • Team Development: Lead and develop cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and Master's degree preferred or equivalent years of experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years direct experience in Product Management, product support, or related functions within a manufacturing or tangible goods business.
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time.
