As a Senior Manager, Transportation Optimization and Process Improvement, you will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement initiatives within our Logistics and Transportation teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Validate Improvement Opportunities: Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor transportation operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and Implement Process Improvements: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, engage stakeholders, and ensure timely and budget-friendly execution of projects.
  • Standardize Processes and Drive Efficiency: Seek opportunities to standardize processes and eliminate inefficiencies, resulting in cost savings and improved productivity.
  • Monitor and Report Performance: Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track performance and provide insights to leadership and stakeholders.
About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in transportation, logistics, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Transportation, or Supply Chain Management.
  • 7+ years of experience in transportation, including project management and process improvement.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and drive process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
What We Offer

Danone North America offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000, commensurate with experience, as well as a performance-based bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan.
