Product Line Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team at Justrite Manufacturing Company, LLC. As a key member of our product management organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of new products that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute product line strategies to drive profitable growth and margin expansion
- Identify and support opportunities to drive profitable growth through increased penetration at existing customers and new markets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain the product line roadmap aligned with company goals and market needs
- Manage the product development process from concept through to launch
- Support successful commercialization of new products in collaboration with Marketing and sales teams
- Drive margin expansion through pricing strategies and cost savings initiatives
- Identify and support execution of product enhancements and quality improvements
- Define product value proposition and monitor product performance
- Bachelor's degree and Master's degree preferred or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum of 10 years direct experience in Product Management, product support or related functions within a manufacturing or tangible goods business
- Demonstrated success in delivering products from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel 30% of the time
