We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sourcing Manager to join our 3PM Procurement team at Danone North America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our Contract Manufacturing supply base and driving strategic sourcing initiatives to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing Strategies & Market Analysis: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify best practices, mitigate risks, and capitalize on opportunities in the Contract Manufacturing market.
  • Supplier and Contract Management: Foster strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with Danone's quality and supply chain standards.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project implementation, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Budget & Productivity Management: Manage overall spend, establish budgets, and track variances to optimize productivity and minimize costs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in Strategic Procurement, Contract Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a similar role.
  • Skills: Proven sourcing experience, effective cross-functional project leadership, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
