Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Management Coordinator to join our team at Trinity Health. This role will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the workflow and functions of our workforce management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight and support to the workforce management team, ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed.
  • Assume an expanded role and increased responsibility, including delegating tasks to team members and participating in the development of policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with leadership to maintain efficient and effective operations, ensuring quality in daily operations.
  • May partner with leadership to select, orient, and provide performance feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure that key customer needs are being met and operational and performance goals are achieved.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university in Accounting, Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of operational experience in a workforce management-related position.
