Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize workflows and prioritize customers' needs.

  • Create and maintain procedural standards and records as appropriate for the role.
  • Develop and maintain educational programs for team members, including new employee orientation.
  • Utilize multiple system applications for data collection and management.
  • Incorporate basic knowledge of Trinity Health policies, practices, and processes to ensure quality, confidentiality, and safety are prioritized.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of departmental processes and procedures and ability to readily acquire new knowledge.
  • Collaborate on performance improvement activities as indicated by outcomes in program efficiency and patient experience.
  • Help identify opportunities, develop solutions, and lead the team through resolution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university in Accounting, Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years operational experience in workforce management-related position.
