We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Efficiency Specialist to join our team at Trinity Health. As a key member of our workforce management team, you will be responsible for coordinating operational, technical, and clerical support services to enhance or improve coordination, preparation, and flow of department processes and core work.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and organize workflows and prioritize customers' needs.
- Lead a small team; serve as a mentor.
- Create and maintain procedural standards and records as appropriate for the role.
- Develop and maintain educational programs for team members, including new employee orientation.
- Utilize multiple system applications for data collection and management.
- Incorporate basic knowledge of Trinity Health policies, practices, and processes to ensure quality, confidentiality, and safety are prioritized.
- Demonstrate knowledge of departmental processes and procedures and ability to readily acquire new knowledge.
- Collaborate on performance improvement activities as indicated by outcomes in program efficiency and patient experience.
- Help identify opportunities, develop solutions, and lead the team through resolution.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university in Accounting, Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years operational experience in workforce management-related position.
