Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate materials, subcontractor services, and schedules to meet project completion dates.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory safety requirements, including OSHA, federal, state, and municipal regulations, to provide a safe working environment for all project members and visitors.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of project drawings, specifications, and shop drawings, as well as schedule, budget, and workforce management.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure that all construction activities meet project schedule milestones by developing and maintaining a six-week, short-interval construction activity schedule using lean techniques.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and facilitate weekly project and safety meetings with all subcontractors.
- Communicate effectively with the client and project manager to drive the project forward.
- Ensure timely and profitable completion of assigned projects.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience supervising projects with a budget of $15 million from start-up through punch-list.
- Strong leadership abilities, organizational skills, judgment, multi-tasking, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Procore, MS Office, MS Project, and Adobe Acrobat for documentation, reporting, and scheduling.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- OSHA 10 Hour Certification, 1st Aid & CPR Certification.
