The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Contract Sales Account Executive to spearhead our B2B sales efforts in the Northeast. This role requires an individual who can grasp minimal technical requirements, learn our extensive capabilities in woodworking and engineering, and understand how to integrate sourced and technical components.

This position demands a strong understanding of our technical capabilities, as well as the ability to articulate our value proposition to clients. While this is not a project management role, strong project management skills are essential to manage the complexity of custom products and accurately interpret client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, and designers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful presentations and negotiate sales contracts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Participate in industry associations such as AIA, IIDA, and ASID to stay connected with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B and Contract sales.
  • Strong presentation skills and familiarity with sales automation and CRM software.
  • A passion for handcrafted fine furniture and the ability to articulate its value.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable sales growth.
  • Ability to mentor and develop a sales team.
  • Comfort interacting with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills to manage complex custom projects.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
