Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sargent & Lundy. This role will provide administrative support to our projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to assigned projects, including documentation, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Assist with clerical tasks, such as mailing, scanning, and copying.
- Manage Outlook Calendar, booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Write and edit procedures, review calculations, and other project-related documents.
- Generate reports and prepare documents for transmittal and storage.
- Coordinate office space needs and maintain supplies inventory.
- Assist with time entry and prepare expense reports.
- Ensure operation of equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent and three years of administrative experience.
- Prior experience in a production environment, meeting production and accuracy goals.
- Excellent communication skills, keyboarding skills (50+ wpm), and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
