  • Be accountable for the effective and successful performance-driven transformation of these processes.
  • Identify, evaluate, propose, and deploy tools, processes, concepts, and solutions to support process effectiveness and performance.
  • Measure process effectiveness and performance through a set of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Accompany IT experts on tools implementation projects to ensure process transformation.
  • Manage the exchange of best practices and capture innovative ideas.
  • Must be proficient in running reports, updating information, and documenting process maps.

  • Proven experience leading process definition, design, and transformation projects.

  • Ability to manage the exchange of best practices and capture innovative ideas.
  • Proficient Excel skills, including data analysis and report generation.
  • Experience in managing supply chain excellence projects, particularly in procurement.
Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Procurement, or Supply Chain, or 1-2 years of equivalent work experience.
