We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team at C&C Metals Engineering Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience with basic manufacturing ERP systems and a strong understanding of production scheduling and process improvement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling work orders, maintaining the operation schedule, and collaborating with teammates to launch new orders on schedule. They will also attend regular war room meetings to adjust the schedule and process to meet customer requirements.
In addition to their technical skills, the Manufacturing Operations Specialist will provide project management assistance to the Production Manager and work closely with the purchasing and procurement team to ensure timely delivery of parts.
This is a flexible role with a 1/2 day Friday schedule, offering a great work-life balance.
