Job Title: Equipment Procurement Coordinator

INTREN, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Equipment Procurement Coordinator to support the Equipment Procurement Manager in corporate purchasing functions and management of equipment data and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with vehicle/equipment purchase preparation and create purchase orders for equipment.
  • Review invoices and statements for accuracy and track pertinent data, purchase timelines, and prepare corresponding reports.
  • Document Specifications created by INTREN for Equipment and Tooling using Adobe and document Intren Procurement procedures.
  • Audit vendor spending and regional procurement representative's compliance with corporate policies.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
  • High school degree or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Effective analysis/problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs including Word and Excel.
  • Experience with Vista/Viewpoint or similar ERP system preferred.
  • Basic understanding of construction vehicles and equipment preferred.
  • Must be highly organized, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and meet varying deadlines.
  • Experience in Procurement or Accounting environment preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
