Territory Development Manager

We are excited to announce a new career opportunity as an Account Executive in our Washington state territory. This role offers a unique combination of sales, account management, and customer success experience, with a focus on driving business growth and student success.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales or account management, excellent communication and coaching skills, and a passion for education. You will be responsible for building relationships with prospective students, their families, and partners, providing exceptional counseling and support throughout the admissions process.
This is a work-from-home role with ambitious targets, requiring strong time management and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, driven to succeed, and able to demonstrate empathy and understanding when working with diverse groups of students and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute event/activity plans to drive business growth and student engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, their families, and partners
- Provide exceptional counseling and support throughout the admissions process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Self-motivation and drive to succeed
- High emotional intelligence and ability to demonstrate empathy
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and flexible schedule
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Estimated Salary: $75,000 per year, with an earning potential of six figures after 5 years of successful service
