We are seeking a skilled Sales Territory Specialist to join our team at Stratas Foods. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing dedicated direct Sales development support calling on food service operators in the Seattle or Portland area.

This is an entry-level sales position that involves working in harmony with our broker organization and reporting to our Division Manager. Your primary role will be to identify operator targets to call on to sell our NB products DSM, with a focus on local and regional chain operators.

You will be responsible for setting up and monitoring key Operator Fry tests and product samplings. This requires hands-on responsibility and the ability to work effectively alongside brokers to achieve assigned goals and objectives through direct selling support.

Your daily focus will be on operator sales calls and support. When appropriate, you will participate in sales meetings, attend Food Shows, and other activities required to grow the business.

You must be able to lead key Operator sales growth through timely lead follow-up and fry test management; providing product solutions, market intelligence, and technical expertise that adds value for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong presentation skills, a foodservice background, and experience in sales. You should be able to learn as well as train and understand business dynamics of selling propositions and defend ferociously.

We offer a competitive salary range of $78,715.26-$98,394.07 and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
