Job Overview

As a Patient Scheduling Coordinator at A32 Dental Management, you will play a vital role in managing patient appointments and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to confirm and arrange patient visits, employing company protocols to address customer inquiries and redirect calls to the appropriate management team when necessary. You will strategically organize appointments to enhance patient satisfaction and facilitate efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confirm and schedule patient appointments effectively.
  • Conduct outbound scheduling calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Collect and accurately input demographic details into the Patient File (including address, phone number, and insurance or self-pay status).
  • Ensure correct scheduling by reviewing appointment specifics such as date, time, location, and provider name with the caller.
  • Provide answers and additional information as requested to deliver patient-centered service.
  • Act as a liaison between patients and the dental practice:
  • Direct calls to other departments as necessary.
  • Utilize sound judgment in managing calls.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • Assist with front desk operations as required.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
  • Preferred two years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Preferred one year of experience in a call center or scheduling environment.
  • Ability to remain seated for extended periods in a call center or office setting.

Compensation: Starting at $12.00 per hour
