Branch Operations Leader

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive and support operational excellence aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Oversee and coordinate all facets of branch operational activities, including but not limited to: operational planning, assessing potential business opportunities, and reviewing operational proposals and bookings.
  • Hold overall accountability for contract execution, including cost estimation versus actual costs, contract review, labor and subcontractor supervision, contract planning and scheduling, invoice preparation, and collections.
  • Manage project revenue exceeding $15 million. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
  • Strong management skills related to project oversight.
  • Customer-Centric Approach - Actively seek to understand and meet the needs and expectations of clients.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Robust financial analytical capabilities, including cost management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Requirements:

Education: College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience: 8-10 years in operations, service, field, or project management
  • Prior supervisory experience in project management.
Preferred Experience: (not mandatory):
  • Experience in one or more of the following sectors: electronics, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare.
