Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Leader for a remote opportunity. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of product development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans for end-to-end product delivery.
  • Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, manage JIRA boards, and create detailed status reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with scrum teams and various system teams.
  • Possess a strong understanding of FHIR APIs and mobile/web application development/testing to coordinate with diverse teams.
  • Generate burndown charts and status reports, representing the scrum team in cross-team meetings.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master.
  • Expertise in Agile Project Management.
  • Extensive knowledge in mobile/web application development/testing.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the aforementioned skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in US Healthcare, particularly in care management.
  • Background in product development and management.
