Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming escrows efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and senior management to boost revenue and profitability.

  • Ensure all staff are informed about new policies and procedures.
  • Handle administrative tasks including receipting deposits, processing correspondence, and updating escrow files.
  • Review and analyze sales contracts and title reports to address any exceptions.

Qualifications:
