Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming escrows efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and senior management to boost revenue and profitability.
  • Maintain and nurture client relationships to foster branch growth.
  • Ensure all staff are informed about new policies and procedures.
  • Handle administrative tasks including receipting deposits, processing correspondence, and updating escrow files.
  • Review and analyze sales contracts and title reports to address any exceptions.
  • Coordinate and manage signing appointments, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and delivered.
  • Monitor and oversee the escrow process to guarantee timely and accurate closings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an escrow officer role.
  • Ability to interpret complex documents and respond to sensitive inquiries.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professionalism.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is essential.
