We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Resident to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a RN Resident, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Certification in area of specialty
