We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Resident to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a RN Resident, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our team.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with various medical conditions, including cancer.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year of Nursing experience.
