We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Resident to join our Oncology team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a RN Resident, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to oncology patients, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest oncology treatments and best practices.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and a culture of safety.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year of Nursing experience.
