We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Resident to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, WA.
About the Role:As an RN Resident, you will have the opportunity to work in our Progressive Care Unit, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of safety, respect, and open communication.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
