We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As an RN Resident, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our team.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in oncology nursing.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in oncology or a related field.
