We are seeking a skilled RN Resident to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-focused environment, providing high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect and compassion.
Requirements:
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License is required upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association is required upon hire.
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
