RN Resident – Progressive Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled RN Resident to join our Progressive Care Unit team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a RN Resident, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and support.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 6 months (180 days) of hire
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire
