We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a RN Resident, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-focused environment, providing high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of safety and respect.
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License is required upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association is required upon hire.
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
