Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales efforts and drive commercial growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve complex customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with HR to recruit top-tier talent and develop a high-performing sales team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software
