  • Drive initiatives that enhance the patient experience, utilizing feedback to improve satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture aligned with the organization's mission and values.
  • Collaborate with administrative teams and medical staff to improve existing services and develop new offerings.
  • Engage in the annual budgeting process, monitor financial performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Director role within an acute care environment, preferably in Medical-Surgical services.
  • Consideration will be given to Nurse Managers with at least 5 years of acute care experience.
  • Active RN License or compact license is required.

Additional Information:

  • 36 beds with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 6:1.
  • Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills, be team-oriented, and demonstrate effective mentorship and leadership capabilities.
  • Relocation assistance may be available on a case-by-case basis.
  • No sign-on bonus is offered.
