  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to drive quality improvement and resident satisfaction.
  • Lead and direct the staff, including recruitment, hiring, and training.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive census growth and position the facility as a premier Assisted Living community.
  • Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure the facility's financial stability.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as an Administrator in an Assisted Living facility.
  • Current and active NJ State License.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Health Care Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of current federal, state, local, and corporate guidelines and regulations governing management in Assisted Living healthcare facilities.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare procedures and applicable policies.
  • Well-versed in Dept. of Health regulations, Labor law, OSHA, etc.
  • Experienced in preparing and maintaining budgets.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, residents, and stakeholders.
