Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert guidance to customers on the healthy advantages of a good night's sleep
- Help customers discover their comfort and select the perfect mattress
- Offer excellent customer service and knowledge of our mattress and bedding products
- Utilize our proven sales process to discover each client's unique desires
- Maintain a strong knowledge of showroom layout and product features
- Guaranteed base pay rate with opportunity for unlimited earnings through our commission-pay plan
