Job Overview

Advanced Worker is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research, to identify potential clients' IT challenges and opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to effectively communicate and present our comprehensive suite of IT services, including managed IT, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery, business IT solutions, cloud services, desktop-as-a-service, IT service desk, Microsoft 365 services, network monitoring and management, VoIP services, IT projects, and IT consulting.
  • Negotiate and close deals that meet both the client's needs and the company's revenue goals, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and internal departments to ensure a smooth sales process and exceptional customer experience, tracking and reporting on sales activity and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT industry and emerging technologies, with a self-motivated and results-oriented approach and a strong work ethic.
