Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Raw Material Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling specialty chemicals to the CASE markets and a proven track record of success in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell a broad range of raw material specialty chemicals to the CASE markets in the MN, Northern IA, Eastern ND, and Eastern SD regions.
- Manage all pricing and account strategies to grow the business at existing accounts and add new accounts.
- Prospect and cold call to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience selling specialty chemicals or commodity chemicals, preferably to the CASE markets.
- Sales experience with a chemical distributor is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or related field, or Business.
- High energy and proven sales success in the region.
Compensation:
- Base salary: $100,000 - $140,000, commensurate with experience.
- Generous annual bonus based on GP$ growth vs. budget.
- Realistic bonus would be in the 20% - 40% of base salary range.
