- Compute costs of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicles to their original condition.
- Estimate costs of mechanical, electrical, or other repairs, providing accurate and transparent information to customers.
- Enter itemized estimates on service orders and explain them to customers, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
- Schedule appointments with customers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Meet dealership standards for repair and order production, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain CSI at or above company standards, ensuring exceptional customer service and loyalty.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Participate in required training, staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices.
- Record all hours worked accurately in the company timekeeping system, ensuring accurate payroll and compliance.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, adhering to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
- Dealership experience preferred, but not required.
- College degree, high school diploma, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in the automotive dealership industry.
- Working knowledge of mechanical operations and vehicle maintenance.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license.
The Automotive Service Advisor will work in a fast-paced service environment, interacting with customers, technicians, and other employees. The role requires regular and predictable attendance, with scheduled shifts including evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
The position requires the ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of automotive care.
