As a key member of our service team, the Service Advisor plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest level of automotive care.

With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will guide clients through the maintenance and repair process, providing expert advice and ensuring a seamless experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Advises customers on necessary and recommended services
  • Offers additional services and repairs to customers
  • Computes cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer
  • Estimates cost of mechanical, electrical, or other repairs
  • Enters itemized estimate on service order and explains estimate to customer
  • Participates in required training
  • Complies with company policies and procedures
  • Observes all federal, state, local, and company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the automotive dealership
  • Working knowledge of the mechanical operations of vehicles
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills

Work Environment:

The Service Advisor will work in a fast-paced service environment, interacting with customers, service managers, and technicians. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
