Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Communicate effectively with customers and technicians to ensure accurate and timely service completion
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive service sales growth
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a service advisor or related role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a CDL (if required)
