Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Communicate effectively with customers and technicians to ensure accurate and timely service completion
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive service sales growth
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a service advisor or related role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a CDL (if required)
