The Hendrick Automotive Group is seeking a highly skilled Master Body Repair Specialist to join our team at the Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Collision Center in Norfolk, Virginia.

About the Job:

We are looking for a dedicated professional with a passion for delivering exceptional repairs and outstanding customer service. As a Master Body Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for managing body repair work in accordance with factory and Collision Center specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Body Repair Management: Examine body damage on customer vehicles, identify necessary repair work, estimate costs, and request parts.
  • Repair Execution: Perform body repairs efficiently, ensuring quality and accuracy according to Collision Center and insurance company guidelines.
  • Documentation and Communication: Document repairs performed, communicate with customers and team members effectively, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in required training, maintain CSI at or above Company standards, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: GED, High School Diploma, Associate Degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Field of Study/Work Experience: Automotive, Collision Repair, or related field.
  • Desired Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in body repair, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Certificates and Licenses: Valid Driver's License and I-CAR or ASE certification preferred.
