We are seeking an experienced HRIS Systems Administrator to join our team at Charter Schools USA. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and updating our HR/Payroll system (ADP Vantage) and related systems to ensure an efficient and accurate production environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the HR team to evaluate system needs and design new or modify the system to meet changing business requirements.
- Review the architecture of the current system and work with business and technical staff to recommend solutions that result in more effective systems.
- Review new technology and processes to determine feasibility with existing systems; prepare data flow diagrams and process flow analyses for current and new automation to ensure maximum system utilization.
- Coordinate with vendors, internal technical staff, management, and system users for the development of documentation and implementation of training and procedures for new systems and programs.
- Lead and/or participate in design discussions to define user requirements and translate them to solutions, advise users on best practices and cross-functional dependencies.
- Analyze data flow, processes, and configurations to recommend enhancements that will increase quality and efficiency.
- Provide troubleshooting support to employees and HR users in completing transactions and modifying back-end configurations.
- Support the deployment and testing of configuration changes.
- Manage projects such as complex enterprise application upgrades, and configurations.
- Perform general data migration and ETL functions as needed.
- Conduct system audits, as well as deliver accurate reports and data analysis.
- Coordinate with relevant groups to ensure proper access controls, security settings, permissions, and data security are in place to protect staff and the company.
- Aid in the process of maintaining and improving data quality and accuracy.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- PHR/SPHR/SHRM certifications a plus.
- Experience in talent analytics, BI tools, and other technologies in the HR field.
- Experience in designing, modifying, and creating business processes that will be used to implement technology solutions and roadmaps.
- 2+ years of administrator or superuser role in ADP (Vantage) similar systems.
- 1-2 years of administration of enrollment management systems and/or processes.
- Strong understanding of general HR compliance needs.
- Experience in database/application connectivity preferred.
- May require travel both inside and outside of state.
- May require occasional weekend or evening travel.
While performing the responsibilities of this position, the work environment characteristics listed below are representative of the environment the employee will encounter:
- Usual office working conditions.
No physical exertion required.
Travel within or outside of state.
Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force as frequently as needed to move objects.
Terms of EmploymentSalary and benefits shall be paid consistent with EduServe's salary and benefit policy.
Length of the work year and hours of employment shall be those established by EduServe.
FLSA Overtime CategoryJob is exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
EvaluationPerformance will be evaluated in accordance with EduServe's policy.
