About the Role

The American Association for Justice (AAJ) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead its Marketing department's social media and digital marketing efforts. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy: Create and implement a social media strategy that engages our audience, increases brand awareness, and drives website traffic.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Develop, edit, and publish high-quality content on various social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Community Engagement: Foster a strong online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions to improve our online presence.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing channels.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously monitor industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Expertise in social media platforms, social media management software, email marketing, digital marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Soft Skills: Strong writing and copy-editing skills, attention to detail, organizational and project management skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
