Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading research and user experience methodologies that prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion in product development.
  • Crafting and implementing comprehensive research strategies that yield extensive market insights and deep customer understanding to guide product decisions.
  • Extracting insights from both quantitative and qualitative data, complementing your research with collaborative efforts from fellow researchers.
  • Gathering and interpreting quantitative data utilizing statistical techniques, tools, and software.

  • Analyzing quantitative results to uncover patterns, correlations, and trends, translating these into actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborating closely with researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers to define research strategies throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Conducting thorough interviews with customers to gather qualitative insights.
  • Employing various research methodologies and performing data analysis to deliver actionable findings.
  • Effectively communicating research insights and potential opportunities.
Ideal candidates will possess:
  • Proven expertise in quantitative research methodologies, including survey design, statistical analysis, and experimental frameworks.
  • Experience in qualitative research techniques and data collection methods such as interviews, focus groups, and observational studies.
  • A minimum of 6 years of practical research and/or product planning experience.
  • A strong background in collecting and analyzing human behavioral data, along with executing impactful research plans that yield valuable customer insights.
  • Experience in generating research strategies, conducting studies, and performing comprehensive data analysis that leads to actionable insights.
  • An advanced degree in HCI (human-computer interaction), market research, human factors, psychology, or a related discipline with a focus on research techniques, or a BA/BS in these fields with substantial industry experience.
  • Preferred experience in enterprise and technology sectors.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers.
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey research insights clearly and compellingly across various levels of the organization.
  • Proficient project management abilities to navigate tight timelines.
